Our team of designers and writers produce training material for
our clients which is designed to address their specific development
requirements. This could be part of a major change programme, a specific
problem that is restricting performance, building a new team, creating
or reinforcing cultural behaviours, resolving motivational issues

Example - Our presenter material has been used in
the roll- out of nationwide development programmes for one of the
biggest blue chip companies.
The BT Development Xpress programme, the first
of its kind in Europe, brought training & development to over
12,000 staff from Orkney to Plymouth at 52 locations, using six
space-age trucks.
We were responsible for designing & implementing:
- 16 Interactive training presentations
- Trainer briefs
- Delegate workbooks
- Development checklists
