Example 1 New Dimensions / New Era

New Dimensions / New Era is one of the largest care companies in England , supporting adults with learning difficulties.

Selection Solutions designed and implemented the following:

  • Competency framework for support workers and managers
  • Development centres aimed at support workers with the objective of identifying development needs as part of the initial stage of a development programme
  • Recruitment and Selection Toolkit. A comprehensive, in-depth guide to tools and techniques, covering all aspects of recruitment and selection and aimed at everyone involved in selecting people.
  • Recruitment handbook titled "How to Involve Me in the Recruitment Process" This innovative 'how to' book was specifically designed to be used by support workers and the people they support allowing people with learning difficulties to be fully involved in the recruitment process.
  • Train the Trainer Courses

Example 2 A Global Telecommunications Company

Commissioned assignments included:

Assessment Centres to

  • fast track individuals on to a Senior Manager development programme
  • identify and select senior team leaders for Customer Service
  • identify first-line Customer Service Unit team leaders
