How are you doing?
Many companies carry out appraisals, in-house
1:1's and feedback sessions, however sometimes it is useful to
get an independent, outside perspective.
This may be useful for a number of reasons
including career development, change of direction, career transition
or just a vague sense that "this
isn't how I want things to be.". In addition, the issues to be addressed
may not lend themselves to discussion with an "in-house" colleague.
Our consultants can: -
- Help you review your career to date using tools
and techniques including psychometrics (click

- Assist you to
identify the key issues for you at this point in your career
- Work with you
to identify what you want for the future
- Act as sounding
boards for your thoughts on developing yourself to attain this
- Challenge and
question your assumptions, bringing an unbiased and honest perspective
- Help you consider
areas you may not have thought about before
- Provide an open
and realistic input to your Action Plan and review this with
you as you progress.
